CANCELLATIONS All cancellations must be made at least fourteen days prior to your stay, after this period full payment is due. We advise that you take out insurance to cover yourselves.
If cancellation occurs within 14 days the full amount will be payable.
If this is of concern, holiday insurance should be taken out.
Some credit cards also offer insurance, this is for you to check.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES Check in time is 4.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m., or at a mutually convenient time pre-arranged at booking.
Rooms to be vacated by 10.30 a,m, on day of departure.
CHILDREN We are happy to accept children of all age (including babies).
PETS We do not cater for pets. However, there are excellent Kennels within walking distance.

WE HAVE A STRICT NO-SMOKING POLICY
Anyone found smoking will be asked to pay their bill in full, a fine of £100.00 and will be asked to leave.
Any evidence of smoking in a room after checking out will also incur a £100.00 fine which will be debited from the account supplied and notified of this.
In the case of a worker where a business is footing the bill the employer will be invoiced for the said fine
